RETURNS POLICY: This is the small print guys…
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – they have to be. As each order is custom made for each customer, and we are a sustainable sort of group, we do not have a warehouse or keep an inventory, therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds.
However, if there is a defect or fault with the order, we can provide a replacement post haste! (same product, same size of course) All we ask in this instance is that you report the defect via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days.
We can not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different color.
Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button your order will instantly begin fulfilment, with that kind of incredible service it is not possible to edit or cancel your order after you click. So, with that in mind, if you need to change any details of you order, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible. As long as we are able to, we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
The Offensive Vegan online store operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment services. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Of course we want to keep you guys as happy as possible, so Offensive Vegan will work with Printful to review replacement/return requests where:
(a) a product is damaged, or there is a print error
(b) Offensive Vegan receives a submitted complaint (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days from the day the product was delivered to the customer.
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
Wrong Address – So if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful headquarters (19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311). You will then have to cover reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. So best to keep an eye on the details!
Unclaimed - Shipments are also returned to the Printful HQ facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you should you want to claim your delivery at a later stage.
Returned by Customer - It is best to first contact (email@example.com) before returning ANY product and for ANY reason. This is for a few reasons.
Firstly, we want to know! If there is an issue with your order and you want to return it, then we want to know every detail, perhaps there is something we can do to help.
Secondly we would rather know all the details prior to your return because the return address on your invoice is of the Printful HQ in California and they do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size.
Good things come to those who wait…. We all know that, and the anticipation can be exquisite, so please allow 1-2 business days to create apparel products. Then you should add shipping times of 2-5 business days for ground shipping from California.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. That should make things a lot easier for you.
International shipping outside of the USA or Europe, it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. Of course we know that’s obvious but just thought it best to put in the black and white.
The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors and you will be responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you the customer and are usually balanced upon delivery.
